If you are not satisfied with a donation or subscription payment to Irish Flight Deck, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund by visiting paddle.net or by contacting me directly through the site support page and I will forward the request to Paddle.
You can cancel a monthly supporter subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will not be billed again. Refunds for subscription payments are handled under the 30-day money-back guarantee above.
One-time donations are also eligible for a refund within 30 days of the payment date if you change your mind or are unhappy with the service.
