These Terms & Conditions are between you and Tine Ningal, the individual operator of Irish Flight Deck. By using this website and any paid features, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Irish Flight Deck is an independent educational resource for Irish and EASA drone pilots. It includes study material, decision tools, a mock exam simulator, and a drone directory. Content is for training and reference only; it does not replace official regulatory guidance from the IAA or EASA.
You agree not to misuse the service. This includes: using it for unlawful purposes, attempting to disrupt or interfere with the site, infringing intellectual property rights, scraping content without permission, or uploading harmful material.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
Donations and supporter subscriptions are processed by Paddle, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, tax, invoicing, refunds, and customer service inquiries related to payments. By completing a payment, you agree to Paddle’s checkout buyer terms and refund policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email or by contacting Paddle support.
All content, branding, and software on Irish Flight Deck is owned by Tine Ningal unless otherwise stated. You may use the site for personal study and reference. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell the content or tools without permission.
Irish Flight Deck is provided on an “as is” basis. While I aim to keep content accurate and the site available, I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Content is updated regularly based on changes to EASA and IAA guidance, but you should always verify critical operational details with official sources.
I may suspend or terminate access to the site for material breach of these terms, fraud or security risk, or repeated misuse. If your account is terminated, you may lose access to account-based features.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tine Ningal is not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this site. Liability is not excluded for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
